Busy month? Add extra proposals on any paid plan: $35 each or 5 for $135, valid for 12 months.
You count as one of your editors. Reviewers read and comment on proposals.
Enterprise has proposals, RFP sizes and seats to suit your team, plus SSO, an audit log, data residency and a security review.
A proposal is counted when its first analysis starts. Creating one or uploading files doesn’t count, and re-running analysis, planning or drafting on it never uses another. Deleting a proposal doesn’t give it back. Free includes one proposal, once.
On Starter, Pro and Team you can buy extra proposals, one at a time or in a pack of 5. They’re valid for 12 months and are used only after your plan’s proposals for the month run out. Unused monthly proposals don’t roll over.
Pages are what Winscope reads, and how you already describe an RFP. A scanned 40 MB PDF can be 30 pages; a text PDF of 2 MB can be 400. We count pages when you upload, before anything is analysed. Word and Excel files have no fixed pages, so a Word page is about 500 words, and a spreadsheet or CSV page is 50 rows or 500 words, whichever comes first.
You see it at upload, before anything is used. Leave some documents out (keep the main RFP), or upgrade. An oversized RFP is never counted as two proposals. Amendments, Q&A and other documents added once the bid has started can go up to 20% over your limit, so a live bid isn’t blocked.
No. Pages per proposal count only the documents uploaded to that proposal. The Evidence library has its own allowance on every plan.
You, plus every admin and editor in the teams you own. Reviewers read and comment, and have their own limit. Someone in two of your teams counts once, in their higher role.
Nothing is deleted and nobody is removed. Until you’re within the new plan’s limits, you can’t add more editors, reviewers or pages.
Your teams go read-only. Everything stays viewable and exportable, but nothing can be changed or analysed until you choose a plan again. Nothing is charged until you do.
